Anna Ritner, L.Ac., FABORM

Anna Ritner, L.Ac., FABORM (she/her) Anna Ritner founded Monarch Acupuncture & Wellness in 2017 as a place for healing and community in the East Bay. She is a California state-licensed acupuncturist & herbalist and a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine. Anna specializes in full-spectrum women’s health, including fertility and reproductive health, pregnancy & postpartum care, hormone balance, perimenopause, and emotional well-being. Anna’s greatest passion is supporting and educating women in order to help them to feel powerful and safe in their bodies. A trauma-informed practitioner, Anna appreciates Chinese medicine for its personally attuned approach to good health. With the belief that our minds and bodies are inextricably linked, Anna’s approach is truly holistic and heart-centered, exploring how our experiences, thoughts, and beliefs shape our physical experience. Her approach to patient care includes customized herbal formulas, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and bodywork. Outside the clinic, Anna is raising her young daughter and advocating for neurodiversity awareness and inclusion. She enjoys music, hiking, and jumping into any cold body of water she can find.
